Burn at the Barre is a mixed method of Pilates principles, dance, yoga and functional training. We choreograph moves based on a full-body matrix, killer music and a guaranteed burn. Our Instructors are intelligent fitness professionals who understand body biomechanics and can work with all ages, all limitations and transform the way you feel about yourself.

Our classes are never the same choreography, but always the same intention. We have freedom to be creative, innovative and progressive. We will make you sweat, shake and push beyond your limit – no matter where your limit starts. We can’t wait to meet you at the barre.
